Will be jumping on at Waterloo Iowa and heading west to see how far I can make it on my Yamaha 650. Last year I made it to Lusk Wyoming.

Did you stop in Orchard Park on at RT 20 Ice Cream? it's an old gas station that was in the day and been ice cream place for years now. gas is still 39 cents too, lol.

This is awesome. I was all over Kenmore Square in the 70's-80's (The Rat), moved to Auburn (near Shrewsbury MA) and I'm now in Hinsdale MA which is next door to Chester. I have a Rt 20 trip in the planning stages by motorcycle this summer.

I grew up a stone's throw from US 20, and it passed directly in front of my elementary school in Corvallis, Oregon, 56 miles from its western terminus in Newport.

Thanks guys for your video. My wife and I had the pleasure to meet and even interview Bryan on our Goldwing Motorcycle US 20 tour in the year, yep ~ 2020. Here’s the view from our vantage point if you’d like: kzbin.info/www/bejne/laTJiYtomNx8nLs Mod Betty, thanks for your reviews. As you mentioned that this could have included a couple more episodes. So much to cover. You provided sites … diners and historical … that we missed. Thanks for that! Some of my own favorites include: Iowa ~ the ‘Freedom Rocks’. You’ll pass I believe three. Ray ‘Bubba’ Sorensen has painted one for each of Iowa’s 99 counties. Nebraska ~ in Jackson, directly on the south side of the Highway are the ‘Sentinels of the Prairie’. Very unique windmills from the midwest. They are cool! As well, read up on the ‘Sand Hills’, as this route 20 passes right through them. Wyoming ~ you’ll have the pleasure to drive through not only the great Yellowstone, but as well ‘Wind River’, south of Thermopolis and the ‘Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway’. Both are breath taking! Idaho ~ every-time through Arco I must have a deep fried pickle at none other than ‘Pickles’ of course. And further west lies ‘Craters of the Moon’ National Monument. An awesome stop indeed! And last but not least for sure, is my home state of Oregon. West of Vale you’ll pass through the Malheur River canyon. And one of our most unique towns in Oregon is Sisters. With a western theme, a must stop for outsiders. For those traveling further in Oregon, I can provide you with many awesome options. Thanks!
