Jolly good review! Def an awesome cleaned up scaled down version from the ML BAF figure. I prefer the all brown version from that SDCC 4 pack with Abomb compared to the BAF which used the same sculpt.

Sandman is a Hasbro Pulse exclusive. Last I checked, he is still in stock for 22.99. However, if you want to wait for a store, he will likely show up at GameStop.
