I just found your channel and I love it! I am really inspired by Beeple but I do not know 3D software, so I really like that you can make interesting and stunning visuals just in after effects. Thank you!

Hey Ezra, really love your tutorials, thanks so much first of all. I've been following along this video step by step, even though I'm experiencing an issue with the grid lines flickering. Is this some common issue with an easy fix for that? Thanks again :)
@ItsJustMeStevie3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for this. I could not figure out why my grid wasn't as clean as yours. After almost an hour, I noticed my render was set to C4D and not Classic 3D. smh hahaha. Nevertheless, I learned a couple of tricks from this. I'm mosdef getting your course. Need to prep for Post-COVID event visuals :)

is there a way to make it, instead of a grid, a repeating pattern of your own design?
@Kampsy4 жыл бұрын
Yoooo this was so helpful. I had one question: how can I make this infinitely loop for like 3-5 min without it restarting over? I would want it to just look like it’s going forward always without stretching it out too much to make it go too slow
@cretinatube4 жыл бұрын
composition settings, make the duration of the composition longer and drag the last keyframe to the end.
@Kampsy4 жыл бұрын
19Rosko 94 I figured it out thank you. My problem was that when I did what you said and dragged the last key frame out, it would go really slow. I’d want the loop to go for 3-4 min but still go out a good speed. I figured out for the last keyframe I had to put it up to like 500,000-900,000 to keep it at the a quicker speed
@cretinatube4 жыл бұрын
@@Kampsy ooh okay i see ! glad you got it!
@Kampsy4 жыл бұрын
@@cretinatube Actually! Idk if you can help me with this, but when i export the project the loop stops about halfway. Its about a 3 minute loop im trying to make to a song of mine, and the loop is going good until about 2-2.5 min it just stops going. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?
@cretinatube4 жыл бұрын
Kampsy have you checked the in/out bar? I know it sounds silly but that’s happened to me before. The grey bar above the timeline

I tried to put tvpixels effect on adjustment layer and then there's a white line. What should I do to remove it?
@geoffreysmith55004 жыл бұрын
How do you get white lines on black background for the grid setting? When I apply the grid effect to new solid it puts white lines on white background every time. It doesn't even work if I make the solid black, it still comes out white on white.

can u use this method to add onto a video clip? or do I have to do something else
@happyeditingco4 жыл бұрын
Bleddyn Visual Arts totally! You could do it 2 ways.. bring your clip into after effects OR export this loop, place on a layer above your edit, and set the blending mode to Lighten or Screen!
