Tengo un modelo muy parecido 2010 aún funciona bien, es heredado pero no sé muy bien cómo saber que ya está completamente cargado me da miedo que se quede completamente sin carga

how do you change the language if you don't have a remote i accidentally got it on Spanish and I don't know how to get it back to English.

I wish I could tell you, this unit went into recycling a long time ago. Perhaps a universal remote can be programmed to work with it.

I have same problem I try to read a dvd or a cd and it’s saying no disc. But in the past when I had it I watched movies on it. Model DRC98101S.

I believe the laser head loses alignment and it's tough to get it back, or the laser gets weak? Check some videos on aligning the laser head and see if that works. Good luck!

Is there any way that i could change the start up image on the player?

It's probably built into the firmware. I'm not sure what chip you'd have to access, read it, reverse-engineer how that image is encoded and overwrite it with your own image.

Probably to output to a TV (composite out and audio).

Hi I still have a 8.9" kawaski brand DVD player working cuz I haven't used it much.. This unit has a input /output switch.. does your RCA have a output/ input switch? It doesn't look like it has one. I was wondering can you still use it as a monitor switch it around or something?. The out switch allows it to connect a TV. And the input switch allows me to connect an Bunker Hill analog type camera to it. Its simple to use $69 surveillance unit includes two cameras and 5 inch monitor. sold at Harbor freight. The 5-inch monitor is pretty small to see so I hook to this 8.9 DVD player for a bigger screen..The DVD player still works ok because I haven't used it that much.. Cuz the technology is going so fast constantly upgrading before the unit breaksdown.. boy talking about a throwaway society.. thanks for the tear-down I was wondering maybe the lenses dirty and couldn't read the disc or maybe the disc is dirty or got scratches. You checked for that right? Thanks again stay well

Sí, puedes hacerlo automáticamente con cualquier reproductor de DVD portátil. Este en particular tiene los cables RCA rojo, amarillo y blanco que puedes conectar desde el propio cable PS2 AV. Otros reproductores de DVD utilizan un 3,5 cable auxiliar milimétrico, pero siempre que encuentre un adaptador que pueda conectar el cable AV de PS2 a un cable separado que tenga una salida auxiliar de video compuesto, funcionará. Pero este máquina específico puede cargar las señales de PS2.

I got the same on e
