Retro Text Effect in Adobe Illustrator | Striped Text | Graphic design

In this episode we will look at How to Create Retro Text Effect in Adobe Illustrator. This is a new Series on Retro Text Effect , showing Different Styles. Whether it is Retro or Vintage, we will explore Different Style and also learn new Techniques to help you create your own design. So this the First Part of the Tutorial, I am gonna show you how you can create a cool Multilayer Text Effect. using fill layer option to create out the design. And then we will use the same technique to create out a different style "Vintage Look". For that we will use Stroke Layer option "Multi Stroke Layer Design".
Also we will add texture to give it a vintage look. we will also create Block Text Effect and add a resizable pattern to it. So Check out the video to see the full in-depth tutorial.

if you add too many copies, it looks jagged on the edges; it looks like steps.. Is there a way to smooth out the edges? Maybe using shape builder tool??? It looks amazing and agree with others, Love your TUTS! :)

Have you figured out a fix for the jagged edges? Every tutorial I've seen so far does this effect the same way and no matter how far out they make the long shadow they're not getting that jagged edge look. It's driving me crazy! lol

Are you working in the typography workspace? It's definitely much harder with retro block letters
