Firstly, THANK YOU Yisela for making her shine again! Now she looks just as I remember her through eyes of my 6yo self ❤ You did a fantastic job, I could never give her such treatment. I can’t wait to welcome her back home ❤ This video made me really happy and I’m even more greatful you finished this project during some harder time! You’re just amazing! As for the name, when I was little I called her „Tęczynka”, which is made up name that you can loosely translate as „Little Rainbow” or „Arcoírisita” 😅 Once again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤

I'm so glad (and relieved) you liked it, Jakub!! Tęczynka (omg you know Arcoírisita!) is such a cute name. Although I'm not sure I could pronounce that one properly :) She'll be on her way tomorrow morning. Thank you again for your trust 😊😊

You can see how much Jakub loved his Sunribbon. She's actually in excellent condition despite being so obviously loved and played with. I really hope he's happy with the restoration, it's well done. I am also so delighted you're planning on offering the little bait pony kits. I'd like to give the restoration/customizations a try to even see if I like it but purchasing all the tools and supplies separately and trying to source a pony just for an experiment seems like a waste of time and money. But as a kit, that sounds much better.

As an alternative to using cream peroxide to remove yellowing, may I suggest looking into making a retrobrightening box? ODD Tinkering does a lot of restorations that require removing yellowing, and his retrobrightening box does such an amazing job. He has a tutorial for building one on his second channel, ODD Experiments. It might make the process quicker and easier for you - food for thought! Anyway, beautiful job on restoring this beloved pony - your video put a huge smile on my face! ❤

thank you, of course all hail to our amazing Yisela for doing all the work but I wanted to be as transparent in this as possible, because I wanted to let every adult pony admire know that cherishing your childhood being an adult (I’m 38 in August) is normal and there are a lot of us. I’m also geek all the way and I for this day enjoy all of the franchises I enjoyed as a kid. Hope this means for some of you, especially my fellow G1 Bronies, when is so difficult to be able to show your admiration for ponies being an adult male. And for all adult vintage toys lovers - you’re not alone :)

I personally believe that every maker, whether an artist, a musician, a restorer, a creator, etc... whenever they make something they put a little piece of their soul into what they make. And so, when you restore something, you are making a beautiful thing, a gift that shares a little bit of your inner light. 😊 It may be hard to survive despite your brain and body fighting against you. But you make these with Love and it shows me just what a lovely blaze your soul is, purifying darkness. Keep going, because your fire warms the people you share with and it is very, very precious.

This is how she does it. There’s a video on how she made her UV box, and it appears in some videos, but I get the impression that taking the camera over to film the ponies under the uv is more work than it’s worth.

The part about reading the US version without cynicism especially made me feel so warm and happy ♥ you show these ponies so much love and I'm grateful that you share your work and passion with us. Even when things in life are hard, or when you don't feel your best, we all still root for you and want good things to come your way. Don't beat yourself up for your nails not being perfect (when you're working with acetone, no less!) or dropping a brush or whatever; all we care about is seeing you doing what makes you happy :)

Now this was a blast from the past. I also have baby Sunribbon in my ponycollection from my childhood. She is still in decent condition since she was part of the last ponies I got before I stopped playing with them. I gotta say you managed to nail how Sunribbon originally looked, heck you even gave her a better tail then what she originally came with back in the 90s, she came with a glorious mane but the tail was a short blended mess of colours. Still loved her a lot & thought she was supercute even if childme thought she deserved a better tail. Maybe I will rehair her tail one day, who knows.

Hey, I think you have beautiful hands and you don’t always need to paint them for a video. You can always give your nails a break, and the chemicals and tools you use can easily take off paint anyway! Don’t feel bad, you are an artist. Do what you need to do to do it right!

She should feel bad for drawing so much attention to her hands with all that asmr nonsense. Literally gagged and I'm not even 2 seconds into the video. I would not be here if she simply bothered to tag it (so it wouldn't go through my blacklisted words). Literally insane how people will finger an object and be like "aw dont look at my widdle disgusting nails :c" girl what did you expect. She wanted that attention and she will get it.

Yisela, I’m not sure if you will find this comment since you posted this video two months ago, but I hope maybe one day you will stumble upon it. This is the first video of yours that I’ve ever seen and I am in awe. You have such a kind, beautiful and passionate soul that shows through this video. You are wonderfully talented and I’m so happy that you are able to do what you love and help people restore such memories like Jakob. I am so proud of your perseverance and strength. Sharing your crafts alone is immensely vulnerable but to also share that you are going through hardships is courageous. I’ve been in those hard times, as have many others I’m sure viewing your videos, and it is always a bitter sweet but necessary reminder that we all have times of trouble. I’m proud of you for knowing that you can push through and also take a break when needed. You are taking on so many projects to support and show your love for the community. I hope you know that it does not go unnoticed, even by a first time viewer like myself. Please continue to follow your heart. I have to go and watch all of your other videos now. Take care. ❤

I had the folding stable and at least two ponies - I forget how many I had - the only ones I remember are Firefly (I just had to google pegasus pony, pink with blue hair because I could never have told you that name otherwise) and Glory (also had to google) who had gemstone eyes (not sure if that's normal or was a special kind). I wish I still had them.

Yisela, you did such a lovely job! Your paint skills are amazing! Such clean lines! It's cool to know that this pony was so well loved before you restored and gets to go back to Jakob. Now excuse me as I go rewatch more of your videos :D
