Does this patch not work in either VBA or mGBA? My game-file matches the hashes in the README, and I've named the IPS to match... but I never get the new colour?

I use VBA-M core.

@@Retromantra In the end I found an online patcher site by Marc Robledo where you upload both the R0M and IPS file and it merges them together into a new file, which worked
