I see so many people talking about this as an actual in-person Dice Game, that has to be a US thing, I thought I was pretty aware of Tabletop Games, especially if they involve Dice, but I have never heard of Farkle.

Seemed like it would have been safer to always leave the grey dice in and then only taking the white dice unless you had no choice.

I used to play this game with my Aunts and Uncles when I was in my pre-teens. The dice game, my pre-teens are a decade or so pre PC.

This is a dice game called 10000. Its a fun game for sure.

Our family always called it Farkle. But we played to 10000 points, so makes sense!

non traditional rules set for farkle. it's normally 5 dice and you must score 500 to get on the board (score) this means if you use all dice you must still roll to not farkle the safe score. also there is no princess pair or noble pairing. however the point values seem to be the same with the exception of a rare "yahtzee roll' which is 2500 and rolling (this must be done on the same roll not a collective roll.) i know they want it to be a fun game but maybe making an upgrade from d6 to d8 or hard tri sided d6 faces or something. kinda urked and its only 2 min in.

What? Tutorials are a staple part of video games. Alot easier to play a game if you know what you're doing. It's just a quality of life thing.
