Seer is the best way to the maximum mana. With the burst spell you can also use all that to get max armor in one turn

if you didn't know, zap spell (and the sniper kill face) will kill the slates without having to hit 5 times. also flick+zap is an excellent way to kill ghosts.

not quite sure will it work or not, on 27:34 maybe you can try take ink bottle for artificer, cause all of his roll are single use, so maybe after used, it's X will become 1 shield cantrip

Hey Retro, amazing run! All mages is really the most busted team, as they naturally have the best sinergy. I recommend playing a 5 of same class as each class, as the play very differently :)

There's an achievement for getting 100 mana. I got mine with wizard and a growth mana a character who had a 5 growth mana side

34:35 if you used Burst on Hydra twice, you could've used Blaze on the Cyclops to be most optimal as far as mana usage. I don't think it mattered too much, but I suppose it's easier for the viewer to see than the player in the moment. Edit: Hydra dies being hit 5 times, and he'd already hit it 3 times. Burst twice more may only deal 4 more damage, but hit the passive requisite on Hydra.

I found it amusing when he was looking at the idea of doing "mono-color runs" and was wondering "How do you do all healers?" I feel like all healers is easier than all mages once you turn your characters into gods regenning 3-4HP every turn with heals flying everywhere. Become unkillable and sit on your enemies until they die!

also for theory crafting all 5 of other types, I think for healer the win con would be regen and poison. iirc theres no enemy with poison immunity (at least none ive seen). Lots of options to gain regain and max vitality to dodge one shots. Would be a long run I imagine just literally outlasting the enemies to death.

Flee Mechanic works off your hp as well, dont even need the poison if you get all your people to have high enough hp

Let me just point out something, Burst then Zap kills ghosts. Well, atleast it does for me and it's more mana efficient tho it doesn't matter on a infinite mana run like this. I love this game, didn't know it existed up until last week where videos casually showed up on my recos. It's forsure one of the most underrated rouge-likes out there.

If you haven't tried it yet, go for a Prophet and Seer combo. Currently running it and you can easily get your regen up to 10+ on all characters with the prophet's spell and the seer gives you free mana on the next turn for its spell.

Idea for a custom run that I had fun with even though I'm way worse at this game lmao: 3-4 Brigands for the expert big number. Initiate for the gather spell. One other character. Every other turn have all blank sides so huge amount of mama :)

Love full mage runs especially on beta where you aren't (I think) locked into the same 5 heroes each time. Defender runs are absolutely miserable though, 1 damage sides as your only offense is just depressing.
