Mortal Kombat 2 doesn't lag, that's your emulation. It has the A.I from the the Arcade and the same coder as the MegaDrive version. It also supports Two buttons. Nearly everything else in the video is correct.

you are running a lot of these games too fast. Normally the cpu is set as 7MHz but you're running at least 14Mhz. Some games are locked anyway but things like Space Harrier and Outrun take advantage of the extra cpu speed and run too fast
