My jaw absolutely hit the floor when I saw what this video was gonna be. I live in the Niagara area and frequent these shops regularly!!! Each have their own charm and pros/cons. I live in Ontario so I grew up going to these retro game stores, it's sweet to see that you visited them and got some good stuff. Me and my Dad used to always visit Mixed Styles and another one that was really big here called Entertainment Overload. Sadly the latter (my personal fave game store) shut down a few years ago.

Tales of Xillia is actually my favorite game of all time. I bought the same edition you've bought in 2014 and who could have known it will become my favorite game ever. At the same month Xillia 2 came out, so I bought it as well right after beating the first one, and loved it as well.

For FF8, I actually bought the remaster, I think it's really good, I can see why people don't like this one as much especially back in the day coming off of the Legendary FF7, but I still need to show it plenty of love, Leon is also in Kingdom Hearts, and you can even get Squall's outfit as a cosmetic in Final Fantasy 14 (if you're interested in MMOs)

Issue with Bioshock Infinite is the game was late in the generation and was primarily designed around Unreal Engine 3 as opposed to 2.5 of the previous ones. It's so much smoother on remaster or pc. I have PS3 version solely as I have a ps move and I enjoy the motion controls

I still have the 360 versions of Bioshock 1 and 2 in infinite and they run pretty well especially when you play them backwards compatibility on the Xbox One X and Xbox series X

I never owned a PS1 in my life either. Kinda crazy how much we have in common. I feel so tempted every time I walk into Gaming Generations - the retro/new game store in my area. They usually have a PS1 in stock and I almost get one every time. I went in there on Friday and snatched up a beautiful copy of Battle Network 5 for very cheap. It was 25% off all used games so I ended up with almost $100 worth of games for $55.59. I set a hundred dollar budget for myself so with the leftover money I bought the DS version of BN5 for $38 and the Blade series from the Walmart $7.50 bargain bin.

Revenge of king piccolo is a pretty fun game. I think it's sort of a sequel to dragonball advance adventure, which is an awesome game. I wish attack of the saiyans would of kept going.

awe that sucks about the ps1. I had one in 1995 when I was turning 5. Still remember going from playing Evander holly fields boxing on Sega with my dad to a few months later playing ps1 demo disc from Pizza Hut. attack of the saiyans is really bloody good, but you can probably get through it in about 5 hours or so since it only covers from the Piccolo Jr battle to the end of the Saiyan Saga.

The last game with soundtrack that I picked up is The Witcher 3 bonus content edition. It was just a couple months ago at Gamestop. They had that sale 4 for $20 used games and I saw it for the PS4. I was shocked and it is in mint condition. Stickers and everything is in it.

We put pieces of clear tape on the sticky side of the sticker stickers and put it on the game afterwards at the pawn store I work at to avoid putting adhesive on the games/instruments
