An EPIC haul indeed. I'm not really fussed about the sports related games but everything else is pretty dope. Not gonna lie, I especially love the Sega and N64 stuff you guys dug up. Those N64 boxes alone are worth their weight in gold. To find something like that intact this far removed from the original N64 launches is nothing less than a miracle. I'm so happy and relieved media like that is still being discovered by gaming hunters.
@jeffflavin53913 жыл бұрын
My favorite thing has to be the N64 boxes. I don’t see very many out in the wild. I’m happy for you that you were able to make the deal for the storage unit. That has to be the ultimate treasure hunt looking through all of the items you guys bought!

I know this is an older video, I just wanted to mention that my dad bought me the guide for Zelda- Ocarina of Time & Golden Eye. He also bought Body Harvest for N64, and the original Grand Theft Auto on PS1 and finished both. One day I was sick at home from school and found out my father played the games all day when he wasn't working. The last game I remembered him playing before that was Top Gun for NES, he always landed on the aircraft carrier for me. RIP dad (2011), a true closet gamer. - he played games while I was in school if he had the day off.

Rick, there are a few wrestling games on the N64. AKI made: *WCW vs. nWo World Tour was the first. It's 1 of 4 AKI made games and pretty fun. (The Japanese counterpart is called Virtual Pro Wrestling and is the better version). *WCW vs. nWo Revenge is the 2nd AKI title and very good (some will say it's the best). *WWF WrestleMania 2000 was the 3rd and even better than Revenge. *WWF No Mercy is the 4th AKI title and considered the greatest by most people. The 1st version of this game had a faulty battery and would erase everything randomly. Because of this limited run it is actually worth a lot. (The Japanese counterpart is called Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 and is considered the best title in the series). *WCW Nitro was a combination of the two PS1 releases (Nitro and Thunder) and is pretty bad. It plays with button combinations like Mortal Kombat but doesn't work well. Acclaim Games: *WWF Warzone was good for the time but didn't age well. *WWF Attitude was just an expansion of Warzone basically. *ECW Hardcore Revolution was a reskin of Warzone and just bad. *WCW Mayhem and WCW Backstage Assault were both made by the same company and depending on who you talk to it's like an 80/20 split on who likes it. 20% of wrestling fans might say they enjoyed them. They didn't age well at all though. And that's it. Japan has a few more titles.. But nothing special.

Yo Rick! Been watching you for a good while now, so glad to see you thriving in the retro game. FYI you GOTTA check that Spider-man 2 on PS1. It may end up being from the first run of the game that had the twin towers. The game was released in late august 2001. A few weeks later, 9/11 happened and they pulled the games and sent out a version w/o the towers. If it does have the towers its worth much more. I'm still on the hunt for one myself!
