The "The End" bear wasn't the last Beanie Baby ever made, it was just made to celebrate the year 2000. I do remember a mini version was made at the end of the McDonalds Teenie Beanies promotion that year.
@TylerMcKillop3 жыл бұрын
I was a child when this happened, so I may not be remembering it correctly but what I remember was there was actually a bear called "Millenium" that was to celebrate the year 2000. Ty Beanie Babies made "The End" and alluded that the company was going to stop making beanie babies. This caused a major buying frenzy of ALL beanie babies on the shelf, not just the bears that usually were the chase ones. They followed up "The End" with their next line of Beanie Babies and I think this stunt kind of killed collecting for a lot of the hardcore collectors.

$20 wasn't a bad price for Ape Escape 2, about half price. I was always more of a fan of the original Dragonball series when Goku was a kid. @@dr.acegamer4life327 Sorry, but no. Dragonball was a very big deal when it first came out. It's one of the best selling manga of all time. It sold more copies than My Hero Adacemia, Attack on Titan and Bleach COMBINED. Maybe today it's just a one in a million story, but it was very unique when it came out and shaped the landscape of shounen-titles. Without Dragonball the entire shounen category would look very different today. It had a huuuuuuge impact back in the day. Please keep in mind it was first published in the mid-80s and how the manga/anime scene looked like back then. It's also one of the first major titles, that susscessfully changed it's genre over the years. It went from a fantasy martial arts action story to a superpower sci-fi shounen. The way the anime was published, a lot of people kind of view Dragonball and DBZ as seperate anime, while it's actually one big ongoing story in the manga.
