My dad made me sell or donate all my stuff as a kid and into my teens because we moved so many times. The one thing I wish I still had was a Atari 800 computer with 3 games and a Atari 2600 controller. My dad made me throw it out when we moved back then I was going into middle school.

Back in the day, Nintendo had "Authorized Repair Centers" around the country." The shops would be identified by having the signage in the shop's window. These shops would be trained by NOA on how to repair their products. This was done to make it more convenient for the consumer to get their consoles, carts, etc. repaired instead of sending them to NOA HQ in Redmond WA.
