By the time Colecovision released the Atari was already five years old and had a chokehold on the video game market

@@turbomario Nah, the main reason the ColecoVision died off was the timing of the Video Game Crash. It actually had initially strong market appeal, but then people just became disinterested in general. Atari could recover from it due to their success, but it ultimately killed off ColecoVision in the process.

Modern DK (Red tie) is actually DK Jr's son, meaning that modern DK's name is Donkey Kong the 3rd. Junior showed up in the SNES Mario Kart, and N64 Mario Tennis, then he kind just disappeared.

I played all three DONKEY KONG games on the NES, and also the first DONKEY KONG (Ocean) on the Commodore 64, and they were all great 😺👍🕹️. But i think, the Arcade, ColecoVision and Coleco ADAM versions of this game look absolutely amazing 😺👍🕹️.

Donkey Kong Jr is one of my favourite Arcade games because it’s the first and only game we’re Mario is the bad guy. Wow Mario your second appearance and your already a villain Bowser would be laughing at this and Nintendo did him dirty. @@turbomario Wrecking crew was Designed by Yoshio Sakamoto, it was first released as an arcade game . Arcade system: Nintendo VS. System Release: July 26, 1984 > Arcade (Vs. Wrecking Crew). I suppose one could argue that Wario World's bad ending is the canon one, where Wario doesn't rebuild his castle. But honestly, that's kind of a letdown considering how many castles Mario has blown up. It's possible that he still owns the castle, but uses the smaller house as a second home for the WarioWare games .
