I always truly enjoy listening/watching your videos. I've followed you for many years, and have to truly say I love watching the efforts of both you and Laura. It isn't only about riding, but making adjustments with your family, and all of the pieces that have to align in order to make this work. Here's to watching more training and racing videos in the year ahead. Happy Holidays!!

This was fascinating and very well done. So cool to see Laura’s race as well. JYou gave us a real insight into the massive commitment required to race that level. Riding 5 hours in 17 degrees (F)? Yea you were probably the only guy riding outside north of the Mason Dixon line let alone Vermont.

Great video and insight 👏. I broke my olecranon years ago whilst racing full time - same metal work. Doctor said I might never be able to straighten it again fully. Took about a year but I got there so hopefully you can too. Lots of weight assisted stretching did the trick for me. Best of luck for next year 👊🏻

I love this video...and the entire story line. Followed you for a long time...and would like to see more details of your project to get to the podium of the top gravel races at age 42...more on training, more on your sponsors, more on your equipment, more on the King family making this work and overcoming/coping with the stresses. Loved the him and her riding the world's in Belgium.

What's next in 2025? You have done more in this sport than most of us could dream of. I also live in New England I can't imagine riding in the winter with rapidly changing conditions. With more WT riders entering gravel racing the level of competition is next level. Wishing the King family a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. Looking forward to the next video.

Living and training in cold conditions will always keep one back from one's full potential: just do a 6h ride in 0°C and then one in 12°C (like it is in Spain). The fatigue is sooo much higher while training in the cold and this hurts recovery as well as fitness build-up. Sadly, that's just how it is and family people with houses can't just pick up and move for three months, but cold-weather riding just ain't as good... But cool of you to have done it this year. .
