Hopefully we see iconic back in pro league, he was my favourite player to watch back on astralis

If Iconic squatted 700lbs they’d have to call him thighconic.

Gotta hope the hand injury was the only issue with iconic. Kinda crazy how overhyped he seemed to be for the past year. His comms as an igl just havent been it since he left astralis.
@highgroundatz3 ай бұрын
Yeah, maybe the injury has been a long-time thing so that could contribute, but he rarely looked good on M80.

@@highgroundatz idk about comparing iconic with doc, but I feel like doc is a good comp for supr. doc was a mediocre nba player, but is widely considered to be a good coach. he won one title coaching boston in 2008, but his success was largely dependent on the strength of the rosters he was given. He is solid, and his teams usually make the playoffs, but his terrible in game adjustments have led to a lot of early round playoff collapses. Teams have tried making him the president of basketball operations (essentially both coach and gm) but he was not a great gm. heavily relied on bringing back former washed players that brought him success in the past (specifically 08 celtics) and it was a disaster. like bringing big baby davis and paul pierce to clippers. even brought his son austin onto the team because he was on his way out of the league and he wanted his son to succeed in nba, evidently more than the success of the team he was working for. he is still pretty highly regarded, but definitely known for his poor coaching adjustments and playoff collapses. he'll get you to a solid league placement, but his teams are never really competing to win at the highest level.
