Update: The restaurant was closed in 2015. In 2019 the couple moved to Israel (Samy's homeland) and Amy is still baking to this day.

It's a real shame considering how stunningly clean and hygeinic the restaurant was. The storage was excellent. If Amy and Samy were as OCD about their attitudes towards staff, the food quality and professional service as they were with hygeine standards they would probably still be open today.
