Would love to see more English venues being fished on this series, French fishing just seems though its expected to catch all these big 50/60/70+ fish but not many people catching 30+ from UK lakes

I just got the all clear for melanoma after 6 years, 7 ops and about 30 visits to dermatology. Im glad youre gettimg it out there about the sun cream etc. Ive got 100factor. Tricky old session Danny, nearly all the Gigantica films I've seen have been fished at long range and this vid just proves the fish are catchable in close at certain times of the year. I use aperture mode on mine mate, then it's a case of getting used to the specific settings for the location/light etc. I've found the pictures to be miles better.

Back in the day Darrell would of just cast at showing fish wi a single pop up and bagged up. Not watch for two days whilst not daring bring in his rods from a spot at range just cos everyone at the venue fishes spodded spots at range. Don't do what everyone else does is the best advice for anyone on any busy venue. Obviously a generation of Ronnie rig korda clones is the aim of the game generally lol.

Ironically Danny is concerned about skin cancer but is touching the uncoated marker lead doesn’t seem to concern him. Additionally dropping toxic a lead in a lake intentionally should be regarded as bad angling. Awful to see it justified because, I’ve tested it and the coating absolutely does fail over time.

Used to like the Korda vids, but now they are just so predictable, same old stuff. Chuck in loads of bait, stiff rig and wait. Gigantica is just a giant fish bowl, no character, no tactics just bait and wait. Mr Korda is taking the edge off carp fishing and making fish bowl lakes that hold hundreds of carp and don’t require any kind of fishing / hunting skills to find and catch carp. I have no desire to fish a Embryo lake with rubber looking genetically made Frankenstein Carp. Sad times for fishing 😢
