Totally like the CD pickups here. I love getting stuff on the cheap because if I don't like it, I can give it away. At least I listen to it. I'm with you on Sting. I really can't listen to his music anymore, it's just weak to me. The Billy Joel Greatest Hits I&II is all you need of his. Lou Reed New York is my favorite record of his. That was on heavy rotation when I bought it years ago. I just saw Colin Hay a few months ago with Ringo Starr and his all star band. He still plays and sings great. I used to love Missing Persons when they came out. Best Of is the only CD I have of theirs. Nice job, Love the Shirt!

hey Tarr great to hear from ya again. Good point about buying stuff cheap. If ya don't wanna keep it it's no big loss to just give it away. Agree with ya on everything. I forgot Colin Hay was touring with Ringo. Everyone always raves about those shows. Yeah some of that later stuff on that Missing Persons veers off a little too much into dance music which I'm not that crazy about. But their early stuff is great. And yeah dude in regards to the shirt The Groove Shop was a great place. I was working in Norfolk VA for a few months and they were right around corner from my hotel. Vinyl only but a great shop and great staff. Unfortunately while I was working there they decided to shut down. Sad to see it go. I mentioned the shop a lot in my first videos and weird to me I never wore the shirt before in a video. So had to bust it out. Anyway thanks again for tuning in. Talk to ya soon.....

Hi Steve! Your Goodwill is actually good. Around here it's all easy listening trash. That third Sting album is actually really good. I picked it up much later like you. I was kind of Sting'd out after his first couple of solo albums at the time that Soul Cages was released. Hugh Padham who produced that album was heavily involved with The Police too. Hot Rocks looks brand new. I have my vinyl copy from way back when. A friend of mine saw Colin Hay at a small club here in Boston years ago and I remember him saying it was a very good show just as you said. I have that Lou Reed album as well. I only have Spring Session M on vinyl from back when it was first released. You got some good deals my friend. 99 cents!

yeah this place has really surprised me with stuff i find in there. after soul cages i can't really listen to Sting anymore. it was his last gasp of a somewhat decent solo album i think. did you see The Police before they split? I went to the reunion tour. Yeah if the opporunity eve presents itself I highly recommedn seeing Colin Hay live if he's doing a solo show. I'm not even a big Men At Work fan, i went with a freind who was. But it was a blast. Thanks for tuning in Mike.

Hi Steve, some nice pickups. I’ve got all the Cardigans albums on CD plus a 2 disc Best Of. Their debut was “Emmerdale” released in 1994. Nina Persson has released solo stuff too.

hey Steven good to hear from ya again. What's their best album in your opinion? This album I really am liking. I actually misspoke when i said in the video I didn't know any other tunes by them. I had forgotten about My Favorite Mistake which I guess came out a year after this one. That got a bit of MTV and radio airplay in the States. But that was about it.

@@STEVEHEROLD I think the album “Gran Turismo” is the best - includes the hits My Favourite Game (that’s what you was thinking of) and Erase/Rewind. Their 2nd LP “Life” is ok - the hit on that one was Rise & Shine. The Cardigans is one band I wish I had seen play live.

@@STEVEHEROLD Love the Primitives. Have loads of their music on vinyl & CD. Seen them play live a couple of times. Great band still releasing new music - got their last limited 7” Don’t Know Where To Start before Christmas.

@@stevenholley508 yes. they are awesome. I missed my one chance to see them live when they reunited. They did a few shows in US but I was on the road working and couldn't make it.
