Jeff... Sgt. Casey Joyce was my cousin and fought with you there with you that day. As you know all too well, he didn't make it; but praise God you did. Thank you for your service and for taking the nightmare you and Casey experienced and turning it into a powerful testimony for others to know a true savior in Jesus. Not only did you and Casey share Mog, you shared a faith in Christ allowing you to be victorious in the battle of all time.

@@nabadiyonolol3092 Well hopefully he's probably not. Hopefully He had faith even quietly. Who knows and who are we to judge. Pray for him. Pray for everybody on this earth. The enemy is not flesh and blood. The enemy is not your fellow human being. Pray for peace. Even though peace will not come until the final battle is done and all scriptures have come to pass. Just for the glory of God. The almighty and all understanding who has the last laugh and the eternal victory and loves us all no matter what. It is about His victory in this spiritual battle not about ours. As if your are with God and trust then you have won. Nothing on this temporary earth is relevant. Jesus is Lord. The last hope and the judge. The only way. If you ask for wisdom in Jesus name You will see for yourself........Ask him yourself in a quiet prayer. If one person does this then this message is not in vain. Peace.🙏🙌👊

Jeff Stuecker - Man, I like how you narrate these stories. I watched many of the videos about the October 3rd battle, and it seems like you are one of the most articulate out of all your brothers in arms. That day I was in Mogadishu. I was 10 years old. I hail from the Habargidir clan. Know that we harbour no animosity for you fellas, especially the soldiers who were doing their job even though you folks did a lot of killing that day.

I think Graham Greene got it right with "The Quiet American", about well intentioned Americans going into a country, Vietnam, and only making things worse. He wrote that in 1955. It was true then, and it is true here. Why was the United States in Somalia? You were there because of a humanitarian crisis in the country. You were to help them, but one's arrogant belief that "Might is Right" and picking a fight with the local war lords, and the people of Somalia turned this people who have been suffering from a civil war into your enemy. What the fuck America, you never learn! This is emphasised by the security supervisor at 04:30 saying not to go into the bakarapara area, site of the en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Provide_Relief

I am curious to something. I do not wish to bash religion, I do not even wish to debate it. I personally appreciate views like this, that give people the strength to carry on through adversity. I just despise when people use their scripture to harm others. My question is, his survival that day was "conclusive proof that Jesus is real, and that faith in Jesus Christ will make all the difference in your life." While I am not wanting to take away from that at all, unless all of the Somalis involved that day died as well, what proof is conclusively drawn from their survival, and even more so their continued survival in that figurative hell? Was faith in their God what provided them the strength to continue fighting? I often think of these things when it comes to other world religions. Who is right?

All religion teaches how to attain salvation from the evil and sin by doing some work. Only christianity says that God knows our struggle in life with evil and sin so he gave his only son as a ransom for our sin to quench his rage against sin and injustice of human. This makes sense to you only when you realize how bad you are inside and your own consciousness stands as a testimony. Only then you will seek Jesus as the savior.

Do not kill Do not steal Do not lust at your neighbors wife If You do any 1 of these things Your God given emotions will beat You! Because It has been planted in us all from the start. But we still do it. That's where Jesus steps in!
