Exactly Srini Velmi. I had heard of Vikas Khanna but never watched even one video of him (even his cooking shows). I came across him today in KZbin suggestions and as I watched the first interview, I was so pleasantly surprised that I have been watching interviews of him one after another and landed here finally. He appears very simple and pure. He smiles and laughs so heartily that is so calming.

When asked how did you invited Dalai Lama to write the foreword, anyone could have said, you see I am Vikas Khanna, I can buy him to write that, but listen to what he says instead, Destiny. Such a humble gem Vikas is. A wonderful 58 minutes and 23 seconds!
