Good luck with this, Im now allowed this week to add strength training again after 3 months and can up running consistently now as I’m three months after Prostate cancer surgery . All good though but I feel your pain. I’m glad I’m now on the other side and it’s onwards and upwards as this has been an inconsistent journey for 2 half years now. All the best to you and everyone else 💪🏽👊🏻

Happy to see you running again. I’m in my 5th week of tibial stress fracture recovery right now. I ran a 2:47 marathon early may. Was injured going into the marathon, and in the following days I realized I couldn’t put weight on my right leg. After the scans came back the doctor confirmed I’d be out for 6-8 weeks. It’s been brutal not being able to run, So to see you back on your feet gives me some hope I’ll be back there soon.

Great to see you running again! was awesome to see you at the Southend half marathon yesterday. I gave you a wave to your camera running past where you were standing. Its hard to get back into it after injury. Happy recovery 😁

been out since feb with a rupture achilles :( did a mile walk jog on saturday and the joy was incredible

I got a chest infection at the beginning of May & spent 3 weeks lying in bed. Just trying to get back to running but my fitness has taken a hit. Finding even a 5K so hard. Small steps as I recover. All best 👍

Great to see you back at it Fordy. I know how you feel. I tweaked my calf muscle a few weeks after london and was all set to get back at it this week. Then on Tuesday i had awful stomach pain and on Thursday i had my appendix removed so its going to be a little while longer for me 😏
