Wow what a massive bull moose! The bush plane could be the Junior Rangers out & about in backcountry working. Did a trip in Algonquin and they were quite active then too. Your mini movies are something else, they always make me feel calm & satisfied by the end. They truly are masterful, you have a gift.❤

Wow, such amazing footage. That's Nat Geo level, not to mention the bull was likely in the rut at the time. Any closer and this video would have been "found footage", lol.

Thank you! Yeah, when he stopped and looked at me for that brief moment, I thought it might be trouble. I think most of the moose in Algonquin are a bit more habituated to people being around. (humans that aren't trying to harvest them :-)

What a surprise to see your video today! We just came back from our trip to catch the colors, and they were spectacular. There are so many lovely moments throughout the video. You give credit to the R6, but your editing and story telling are impeccable. I just upgraded my gear and I ran out of memory cards in the backcountry. A cascading effect of better video quality, I guess.😂
@JasonIrwinTumblehome2 жыл бұрын
ha! yes... I ended up spending some money on big fast cards for the last trip... one for the Canon and one for the Go Pro. I shot mostly 4k and barely needed to dip into my other bunch of smaller cards. I was happy about that as changing cards on the GoPro is PIA :-)
