Why aren't more people absolutely freaked about the handprints? Forget the howls. Animals make all sorts of noises. Anyone who says "Well, I raised huskies, and they don't sound like that," is kidding themselves. Dogs can be bred with other kinds of dogs resulting in a mutt that can make all sorts of vocalizations. Or yeah, maybe it was the neighbors playing a recording to scare him. But the handprints! How is this not the only thing people are talking about? Either there is some natural process that causes heat to radiate from trees in the shape of human hands, or there was someone very close to your camp messing with you. I'd also like to know what that heat source behind the bush was. That also stood out to me as more important than people seem to think.
@NoviceWildCamper

My late parents lived in central North Carolina on twenty wooded acres surrounded by miles of farms and forests. Several times, as I lay in bed at night, I'd listen to night sounds. I could identify owls, dogs and coyotes. However, there was a howling sound that I'd hear, much like you heard, that I could not identify. I've always wondered what it could be...A sasquach? Just maybe. (I just found your channel. Interesting and entertaining video.)

I suggest that you get a big guard dog for protection plus a firearm of your choice. I myself have two attack dogs, Rottweilers they are my first line of defense plus I also carry a shotgun. I also run a trip line around my perimeter with spotlights. I’m a Veteran and use my Military experience to sleep safely because the two legged humans are the most dangerous creatures in the woods.

The hand prints freaked me out! I cant even begin to explain it. But, all of these strange things sounds like Big Foot investigators report. My husband saw Big Foot and still cant begin to explain it to this day, and he's just not the type to make stuff up. He rarely brings it up to anyone, it freaked him out pretty bad. When he told me about it, he said it looked exactly like the Patterson video, which I started laughing about, but he was dead serious. (I think that's the name)

The smell was like dead rotting bodies. I remember when I was young digging in the garden once and I burst open a sealed ice cream tub. The stench that came out nearly made me sick. It was a dead guinea pig that had been buried but only decomposed inside the tub as it was airtight. I've had a couple of wierd experiences elsewhere but nothing like this. Only footsteps around my hammock and once the sound of a big cat close to the tent. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYiVYWOwh7Gkrrcsi=6JRanShBlcd0-rzj

100% noticed straight away that the first two howls were identical and the third completely different. I can definitely see why people might think you've hoaxed this but i wouldn't go accusing til i'd stayed there myself. To me the place gives off the vibe of having some weird local person who does not want you there. They probably work through the night too, there's a metal plant near my house and the noises of clanging bars run through the whole estate. I cant comment on the hand prints cus i dont know what that technology would pick up. They were quite prominent prints like. Anyway, enjoyed the video and if i lived in England I'd offer to go along for camp 3.

Wow, brave! I laughed when you said about how you previously swore you wouldn't go back on your own, but were indeed back there on your own. Well, not entirely on your own... Two possibilities... Sasquatch, or other Sasquatch 😄😅 The metallic banging is unusual, to be fair... maybe they could have found some metal thing somewhere... I dunno. Strange. The hand prints would be the younger ones who threw sticks and what not the other time, I imagine. This time they had a fun infrared camera to interact with and keep out of sight of. But the hand prints are certainly something they would do. Being friendly really. They must think you're okay. I honestly do not understand the science of how they make themselves invisible, so as to place hand prints with no other discernable action. My theory is some kind of extradimensional movement. But I've almost no idea how they do it. The howls and 'radio' talking sounds, also definitely Sasquatch. The dog walker maybe just didn't want to walk past your car, would be my rational guess for that one. Although it's possible that the Squatches are known about and that the area is being monitored by someone or other... Who knows... Cool gadgets by the way! The Sasquatch obviously think so too. You would probably get more interaction with the cameras if you went back another time. The KZbin app glitched when I was writing this comment so I'm not sure it will post right but anyway this is my two cents worth. Interesting experience again

As someone who has spent a lot of time in the wilderness my initial reaction to spotting two fresh handprints on a large tree trunk would have been to illuminate that specific area and investigate...pack up if necessary. As for the noises well that is part and parcel of being alone in a woods or forest,wildlife comes alive at night and our mind tends to run wild and common sense can go out of the window. Now I am not implying this video is a hoax but youtube is littered with this solo camp creepy content which kind of dillutes the essence of what it means to explore the wild alone.

I really don't understand why he didn't turn lights on and see what made those hand prints. I would love to believe him. An watching him he doesn't appear to be that type of person. Then again fear makes you do things differently then you normally would. I can see hand prints making me rethink things. That animal sounds like a wolf coyote type. Hard to know what people have for a pet when all the western countries have let in any vagrant that can walk across the boarder. The howl doesn't bother me as much as seeing a hand print on a tree.
