1.7 patch is a main story update so if you’re not caught up, the majority of the patch would be locked to you. Only the main story plays in continuation while the event story is a stand alone side story. You may want to catch up with the main story before the patch drops. Also the 1.2 event rerun will happen at the end of the patch so you won’t be able to play it right away.

I think you mentioned something about event chars not being pullable after the event; most characters eventually get added to the standard pool. For example, the current patch is 1.6, so 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 characters can be pulled. Once we get to 1.7, the 1.4 characters will be added to the standard pool. Only exceptions are true limited characters like Jiu from 1.6, and a later character from 1.9 (on the CN side).

Like someone else said after 3 patches the limited chars go into the standard banner. Also re runs are pretty common here the 1.2 event will re run during the latter half of 1.7 :)

If you missed the old characters dw apart from Jiu niangzi all the other characters are added to the standard pool 3 updates after their first release: so tooth fairy is in standard now

Sorta but not really a spoiler, version 1.7 story (E lucevan le stelle) is concurrent with the events of version 1.4 story (The Prisoner in the Cave).

I enjoyed the video. Just a small recommendation: many times when we want to watch someone react to something most people really want to be able to also hear the video you are reacting to better. It was a bit hard watching your reaction with barely hearing the video.
