The fact that sam wanted to go into the water makes me believe there was something attached to him. If Corey didn’t stop him he probably would’ve kept walking and maybe he would’ve drowned. He looked like he wasn’t even there like mentally, he looked like he was possessed. The empty eyes, the “it wants us to go there” in a tone that gives you chills and after that once Colby and Jake arrived he just stared into the dark and Colby literally had to shake him to get his attention again. I know it’s an old video but there was definitely something possessing Sam.

I just want to clear some stuff up, and this is the history nerd in me that needs to clarify, not many people are aware that there are 3 different Mary’s at play. Mary Queen of Scots and Mary I of England (aka “Bloody Mary”) are two different people. Mary I was the British monarch before Elizabeth I, the Queen who had Mary Queen of Scots beheaded. The Queen Mary ship was not named after either of these women, it was named after Mary of Teck who was the wife of King George V (grandson of Queen Victoria). I hope this clears some things up, but I’m sure most people won’t really care. Just wanted to put it all out there!

quick tip: once you have made your salt circle, start at the part furthest north and walk around the outside 3 times clockwise. once you are done, start at the furthest point south and walk around the inside 3 times counter-clockwise. coming from experience, this will do a better job at activating and deactivating your circle, and keeping the energy you wish to communicate with in the circle and the other ones out.

57:25 Obviously Sam wasn’t thinking straight. He seemed distant and sort of unfocused. He was fully willing to go into freezing water in pitch black night with no second thought just because he said he saw something. Even when Cory pulled him out, took the rods and asked him what he was doing Sam still seemed very drawn to the water. I have a thought. What if what Sam saw was a kelpie? Kelpies are shape-changing aquatic spirits of Scottish legend and they tend to inhabit rivers and streams (such as the one surrounding the castle), and what makes them feared in folklore is they draw people to the water to drown them. Sam said he saw something and was blindly drawn to the water, what if it was a kelpie in disguise? I am not a firm believer in cryptids or paranormal stuff myself, however I do love learning these types of things and when I saw Sam act like this my first thought was a kelpie.

Jake is me. I'm pretty calm with this stuff. I've had a lot of paranormal experiences in the last 5 years started when I was 14. One day I was home alone and I was watching videos about old cult grounds and then stopped cause i got lightheaded, i noticed my water bottle moved like 4 feet and it was still standing up to it didnt just fall over, and i heard a demonic voice say get out. The next morning i woke up with stringy looking scars that were like half an inch thick/tall that looked like 3 scratch marks but I've never had a scar before in my life and two days later they were gone. They looked old and healed too. My mom saw them too so it wasn't hallucinations

@@artwithluna2071 I've had a paranormal experience too when I was really little but it was like that. When I was about 3-4 I lived in an apartment with my mom. It was a small apartment room with about 5 rooms. One day my rocking horse turned on in the middle of the night. My mom went to check on me and I was fast asleep, so she turned it off. The next night it turned back on and she thought it was just glitching out so she took the batteries out of it. Then the next night it turned back on. She got freaked out and went to check on me. Again I was fast asleep. So she went back to the kitchen and noticed one of our cabinets were open. She didnt think too much of it and closed it. Then a ball bounced down the hallway so she ran to check up on me. I was asleep...the next morning she called one of her second cousins who is familiar with this stuff. When she entered our apartment her exact words was, "I cant breathe as easily." So we called real ghost hunters I guess you could say and we found out that there was a 9 year old boy spirit living in our apartment. He died of a problem with his lungs because nobody would give him his medicine. We moved out when I was about 5 or 6 to my dads house. I'm starting to notice since we've moved out of the house that i miss that little boy and feel bad for leaving him. But it's ok, i bet he lives with another child now and they have fun together!
