I really loved the part where he mentioned the fish tacos because deep-frying fish creates a crispy crust that adds texture to the taco and keeps the fish tender and protected as it cooks. aswell as the immaculate amazing taste from the very fish it self as it stands the fish taco is not restricted to its name as it can be used by multiple sea creatiants such as in the video stated octopus.
