I missed out on this figure the first time round so I'm so happy it's got a rerelease. Not to keen on the gold paint but it's minimal & doesn't spoil this awesome looking Alien Queen. She's huge & the details on her are amazing. Neca have to give us the Ripley & Loader now surely?. I hope you find room for her on your Alien shelf & thanks for another great Rocketman Review 🚀👍🚀👍

Its a big bit of plastic and quite heavy it could hurt if it fell off a shelf.....I give safety tips as well hehe

Great review 👍I have one from the original release, I just looked to check and while there is some gold, there doesn't look as much as on the re-issue, not that it detracts from the overall figure which is a beauty. This is easier to set up than the cables on the Power Loader , but well worth the effort.👍

Nice review! Glad I'm not the only one who had issues getting those spines in 😂😂 had to look at a few images to see what way they go, the fins should face inwards. These do get in the way of head movement but not an issue once u have the figure posed up.

I still haven't put them all in properly ! I am planning a big collection move around an at the moment the Queen doesn't fit on my aliens shelf. So I will take you advice when I do put them in thank you 👍

The gold on the reissue appears more prominent than the 2014 release which is more like a wash. I'm hoping for a reissue of the Alien Resurrection queen since I prefer her overall color scheme.

I have to say I do like the Resurrection look for the queen and would look better than all that gold !!

If you check pics from behind the scenes of the Queen sculpt from Aliens, that gold color is there on the actual prop.

@RynMyers I once saw one in a planet Hollywood it didn't have gold on it but most of the props in there were made for them so not completely "real"

What's up with all the bling? Looks like a cheap kitsch. This is the main reason I haven't picked one for my collection. After many years I let go my old McFarlane queen, but I gotta say, that looked much better in comparison.
