We have a routine like this with Hogan, that my Dad calls "the switch on my a**" . The instant we settle into armchairs, with snacks, ready to choose a movie - BA BAM! Hogan wants out. Hogan wants a treat. Hogan wants a rawhyde. Hogan wants my Dad's chair. He moves to the couch, then Hogan moves to the couch. Then she has to dig the throw blanket around into the perfect nest. So an hour has passed, the tea has gone cold, and we still haven't picked a movie. Sometimes we just give up and watch the news. Sometimes the blanket nest is NOT perfect, and we get the zoomies up and down the halls with the crunchy cow. You cannot make this up.

I tend to think it's just easier for me to get up and not to procrastinate, and get what they want right away, then it's done and I have a happy critter that let's me relax. Reuben now looks so content on his Dad's lap, and Michael and Mom can have an evening of peace❤️❤️❤️🐾🙏🍉

I am currently the owner of my 5th bulldog. Rueben's behavior is pretty typical of all bulldogs. He and his family's adventures are so wonderfully creatively portrayed, but bulldog owners see so much typical bulldog behavior. Stubborn, but hilarious and devoted to their owners, primarily to satisfy their own desires which they hide poorly. They are unique.

Rue is adorable to the T. His little facial expressions say it all. He is so persistent in getting what he wants. A friend had her English bulldogs’s tail snipped due to the problems she had with the itching and all the other problems. You all keep Rue in such good shape. In the end Rue always gets his way.❤❤❤
