How can i go to canada if my husband go there with work permit? Is it possible to go there?
@TheCanadaChronicles11 күн бұрын
Hi Shomiya, Thank you for your question! Yes, it’s possible for you to join your husband in Canada if he has a valid work permit. You may be eligible for an open work permit or a visitor visa, depending on your circumstances. I recommend consulting with IRCC or an immigration professional to explore the best pathway for you. Best of luck! 😊

Hi.. My husband is already in Quebec since three months with a work permit. How could i do to apply please? Thank you
@TheCanadaChronicles29 күн бұрын
Hello @rachellesomaroo7022, and thank you for your question! If your husband is in Quebec on a work permit, you may be eligible to apply for an open work permit as his spouse. To do so, you’ll need to demonstrate that your husband’s job in Quebec meets certain requirements, such as being in a skilled occupation (TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 under the NOC system). If eligible, you can submit your application online through the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal. Additionally, you’ll need to provide supporting documents, such as proof of your relationship, his work permit, and his job details. If you’d like further guidance, feel free to ask. Best of luck with your application! 😊

What if you there’s child or children involved? Will each child get a temporary visa as well?
@TheCanadaChroniclesАй бұрын
Hello @reggyloisy2081, and thank you for your question. Yes, if there are children involved in the Outland spousal sponsorship process, they can be included as dependent applicants in the permanent residency application. While waiting for PR, they may also apply for temporary resident visas, such as visitor visas or study permits, depending on their age and purpose in Canada. Each child will need their own application and must meet the requirements for the specific visa. The open work permit program applies to the spouse, but children are still supported through other immigration pathways to keep families united during the process. I hope this helps clarify! 😊

@ thank you. According to the PM J. Trudeau, there will be some changes in the Canadian Immigration’s laws that concerned us, do you have any video about the changes yet?

Hi I have an application in lonely Canadian program ; can you please share some insight applied in 2023 January still no answer please help if any information.. I have applied for my brother since we don’t parents or grandparents at all
@TheCanadaChroniclesАй бұрын
Hello @hitenpatel3970, and thank you for reaching out. The "Lonely Canadian" program allows Canadian citizens or permanent residents without immediate family in Canada to sponsor relatives, such as siblings, for permanent residency. Processing times for these applications can vary and often range from two to three years. Since you submitted your application in January 2023, it’s understandable to feel concerned about the delay. To get an update on your application, you can check its status online using IRCC’s tool or contact Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) directly through their web form or by phone. It’s also essential to ensure your contact information is up to date with IRCC to avoid missing any correspondence. If you still don’t receive an update, consulting a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer could help clarify your situation and provide further guidance. I hope this information helps you, and I wish you success with your application!

Hello @kudiratlawal9786, and thank you for your question. To be eligible for the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) under the Skilled Worker Stream, applicants typically need at least one year of full-time, paid work experience in a skilled occupation. However, work experience gained while holding a study permit in Canada is generally not considered toward this requirement, especially if it was part-time or related to your studies. Additionally, remote work for a foreign employer may not meet the criteria for Canadian work experience as defined by the NBPNP. Given your situation, it would be advisable to consult directly with the New Brunswick immigration authorities or a licensed Canadian immigration consultant to assess your eligibility and explore alternative pathways to permanent residency. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best in your immigration journey.
