3:26 Yeah, the League of Legends designers created Jinx's character, personality, and appearance somewhat off of Harley Quinn and the Joker (sort of a blend of both.) They didn't want her to be a copy of Harley, though, so they made some changes. I've never played the game, and I just barely started watching Arcane, so I'm still learning about her.
