The prayer you asked for was the wrong one. It's not about who you're attracted to. You should have prayed that the pain you are feeling at that moment would make you stronger. Because of our religious beliefs, you believed that God was punishing you for the pain you were experiencing when you ended your relationship because you were taught that having a relationship with someone of the same gender is wrong. All relationships will have challenges and pain. It was because of your prayers that God provided you with a man. Either way, you should have prayed for a nurturing, respectful, and loving relationship. But I believe you are in a relationship that you prayed for. I'm happy that you are happy now.

Lahat naman tayo ay may kanya-kanyang bubog sa buhay, at kung kaya natin iwasan durugin at saktan ang isa't- isa, bakit hindi natin gawin para maiwasan na mas magkawatak-watak pa. Just like what Toni did to Ef's life, hindi inimpose or inobliga ni Toni kay Ef na hanapin niya pabalik ang daan kay Kristo, kusa itong naramdaman, isinapuso at ginawa ni Ef. Dito ko nakita yung sensitivity ni Toni. Minsan kasi karamihan sa atin, mapanakit ang pamamaraan ng pagdedemonstrate ng salita ng Dyos sa ating mga kapatid sa LGBTQIA community. This reminds me of my neighbor before. We used to call him mommy, kasi he was a gay. And he worked in a salon and is still working there. And here comes another neighbor who recruited him to go to church. He did, and later on when I saw him he was always holding the bible and reading it. It took him months but still he arrived. He became a boy again when he found God. From then on we would call him daddy na. It always really amazes me because wala talagang impossible kay God.
