@@MaryJoyMagistrado-o2x Let me share my story, I was so workaholic na hindi na ako nag chuchurch for years. My career was so stable, my relationship with my special someone, my family and friends is so good but in just one snap all was back to zero. Nagka anxiety ako and depression na why it was happening, went to the province to meditate and heal and yung answer pala is nandoon. We have a neighbor na nag encourage sakin to go back to church then I went. You know what the gospel at that very moment? Simply as "If you want to go back to your life, find your seat first at the church" and damn after that I felt a new person and surrendered everything to him. Now, I have my worries but I know I'm not alone anymore. He just want us to know that he exist and he will walk with us no matter how hard our problems are.

That led to a void in my heart like Ate Barbie, though I was a christian. One time, I really can't endure the pain, sadness and void deep in my heart that's why I started prioritizing Him again. (If you let your heart open to Him, He will make ways for you to get back to Him) How to prioritize? *Establishing daily habits of reading your bible and worship-doing it regularly. It's God's way of talking to you. That goes with prayer. (If you put Him first by spending alone time with him as soon as you wake up, you're just showing that you need Him all through out the day.) Joshua 1:9 (open your bible now) * Go to church and listen to His word instead of doing other things. It's one way of God talking to you. Bring your bible and notebook to take notes. Reminder: You surround yourself with believers that desire God also.😊. 1 Corinthians 15:33 Do the first step. Open your bible and talk to God.😊 I pray for you. God bless you!

Nung 15 ako, after my mom die, dun ako nag start makaramdam ng kakaiba... Hindi ko mapaliwanag pero I keep on searching for something pero hindi ko alam ano. Ang gulo ng buhay, I was 15, walang peace, I keep on asking bakit ko ba gagawin yung ginagawa ko. Naapektuhan yung studies ko, relationship with my father, siblings.. I keep on looking for something na hindi ko alam kung ano, until one day I was invited to a charismatic group... And dun nag simulang magbago yung buhay ko... All along, si God pala talaga yung hinahanap ko. And looking back ngayon in my mid 30s, I will always praise and thank God kasi alam ko na hindi Niya ako binitawan... And grabe ang blessings pero the best of all is the Peace, especially with myself. Dun pa lang panalo na🥰🥰🥰

To my recollection, I’m not sure if I’ve met Barbie personally before. All I could remember was hanging out with Manong Junjun (Barbie’s older brother) and their cousins in Roxas many many years ago. I just know that he had a sister who was into music back then. After hearing and seeing the interview, I think I have met Barbie before😂 Maybe it was too long ago that I couldn’t remember the interaction in detail😂 I like the vibe of the interview. Very natural, authentic and casual. I appreciate the sharing of Barbie. It’s nice to listen to a story of someone whom you got acquainted before. I am happy to hear that her journey with God, family and career went well. It truly was a heartfelt and a meaningful interview. I hope someday, I get to meet Barbie again😊

Maraming salamat po for having Barbie here and sharing her inspiring story. I used to go to the same high school with Ate Barbie. She was really talented and popular in high school. Everyone looked up to her and we knew how much she loved music. I remember watching their stage play (I could be wrong but I think it was "Oliver Twist") and we were told Ate Barbie composed a song and sang that song during the play. Ang galing po talaga ni Ate Barbie. :) many of us started learning how to play the guitar in high school because of her. haha! Thank you again po and God bless. :)
