He has to send the video to every sponsor so they can greenlight it before he uploads the video. So if they had a problem with the content they wouldve told him before he made it public.

Adding the original upload date (or the approximate date if you can't find or remember the original) to the description would be good for helping us know the context of what stage of the pandemic the video was made during. And IMO it's something that should be put in for reuploads in general.

i think the poor quality is because it’s a reupload. the video has been compressed an extra time. also idk if it’s true, but i’ve heard that youtube uses poorer quality compression on videos from smaller creators.
