They are not obscuring faces of those not appearing in their films so that must be breaking the DPA. If someone does agree they should agree a fee or charge a fee if they make money from them with no permission. I could be wrong but the DPA is law and they make money from the subjects they film.

@@robertsmith2956 Do you not understand that they have registered with the Data protection commissioner to film the public because they are a company or they are breaking the law as a business. If he is doing this for commercial gain - he is if he gets money for views - then he should be registered with the information commissioner. ask for permission to film and delete the faces of those that do not want to be filmed. Every day on programmes you see people with blanked out faces. Why do you think that is? It is not because the programme maker is bored. It can take a lot of work to hide faces.
