Came from tired ARG protag, but this is underrated. A parody of a 2000s style herobrine hoax video with sleeker editing overlayed to show the critic is more experienced with these things is quite unique as far as these things go. Cool nod how a genuine entity appears at the end but goes unnoticed by the inexperienced hoaxer and brushed off by the experienced critic. Very cool stuff

PFHFHFFF i thought zanderx400 would see collin in the singleplayer world and mistake collin's steve skin as herobrine, resulting in BigKVids making a debunk video about the "herobrine" who was clearly named collinlock16 it's so cool to see different types of characters in this ARG setting!! i wonder if there'll be a minecraft veteran character at some point who just overwhelms the ARG entities with stuff like insta-kill redstone contraptions. or some other fancy gameplay.. (6:23) also, herobrine not looking at the player seems really weird. maybe they were looking at the entity from 7:40 ...?

Here’s what I think happened: - two friends (most likely kids) have the great idea to make a fake herobrine sighting. - all goes well, for a fake herobrine sighting made by kids. - until, the herobrine friend sees someone/something from the distance and gets spooked - player friend either helps calm down HB friend, or just convinced him to complete the video. Which explains why there’s a cut in the cobblestone hiding spot. - entity crashes their computer for some reason and the kids use it as legitimacy for their video. May have got somethings wrong, but that’s what I think what happened.

@@Kdjskskeos9flglwpq Both the fake player that souler used and Zander started with z, possibly souler could have altered Zander's name. However this is kinda a stretch and souler, from what we have seen, teleports the caught player into a dimension of bedrock. Despite this, we never see hungry crashing someone either and we never saw the user of the herobrine impersonator, so It may be that souler caught Zander's friend and kicked Zander/Zander just randomly crashed and his friend became the fake player in Kevin's encounter.

3:07 I did the math. In the inventory, he has the axe in his hand for 24 frames before closing it. After he closes the inventory, it takes 55 frames for the cooldown to fully go away, adding to 79 frames. Divide it by 3 because the video's in 60fps but minecraft runs at 20tps, we get that the axe was out for ~26 ticks. The stone axe takes 25 ticks to fully recharge the cooldown. There was no cut here, or at least if there was it had way more effort put into it.

I think BigKVids is kevin, notice the fact it is BigK Vids, Big Kevin being what he calls himself in the newest video, Kevin has the experience with the Souler because he saw him in Zander's video, likely later questioning Z about the entity, then, Zander goes missing, Kevin, probably struck with guilt, fear, a sense of revenge or duty or maybe all of them, decides to start investigating the strange activities, leading him to where he is now, as an entity hunter as seen in his latest video BUT THAT'S JUST A THEORY, A ONESHEF THEORY

The last case in the big kevin video actually appears to be this world, the name of the zombie skin fella (likely zander's soulless corpse being puppeteered) has the same number of letters for the name with a Z as the first one, the biome is the same as well.

Pretty sure this isn't Hungry. It's Souler (the entity from the Kevin video). Kevin also asks Souler what happened to Zander, and the gameband video seems to be Zander's last words as he and his friend (the Herobrine skin) had their souls eaten. Edit: also BigK is probably Kevin as Kevin calls himself "Big Kevin" in the Kevin vid.

I'm confused about K making us count the torches and then revealing it was a prank. The number of torches *is* actually important as it helps us link this video to the wacky one. Did Big K know the torches were actually important and is only pretending that they aren't? Or is it a coincidence that Big K used the torch number to prank us and retain our attention and then it turned out to be an important piece of information? If K knew about the other video, the tone of this one doesn't make much sense. Kevin here seems to be at a point where he doesn't believe in these things at all. I don't know, I don't even know if this is a coherent comment, but I feel like I have to put this out there

This is Souler, not Hungry. Hungry has a name tag and eats the flesh of its victims (either alive or dead) and probably has to make physical contact to kill since Collin managed to survive it by hiding. Souler eats the souls of its victims after making them fear it and lacks a name tag. Also their skins are different.

Yes. Hungry eats flesh after making physical contact with the Minecraft player. Souler makes its victims fear it and then uses that fear to enter and eat the soul. They have different skins and Souler can teleport itself as well as others, Hungry can't. Also Hungry seems to use text while Souler speaks.
