If it’s a recent injury, for back there’s swelling that we can’t see, it’s always best to start with cold pack first. After couple of days can turn to heat , but cold pack works best to reduce swelling

If you intend to use the BraceAbility Gel Pack for heat, you can store it anywhere at room temperature! If you intend to use it as a cold pack, store it in your freezer, laid flat with gel spread out evenly.

Correct, it can be used both in the microwave or frozen. There are recommended uses in the package when you buy it but it isn't recommended to use for more than 20 minutes at a time!

Madam in cold therapy we directly use the gel pack in any inflammation part of the body or we can use any cloth to cover the gel pack reply me madam plzz

I think anything that is kept in freezer and applying directly to skin can cause frost bite. It’s good to put a thin layer of cloth before application.
