i think they revamped the blazing bounty skins' model because of the china regulation (too much red, scary faces, etc) they revamped those skins so that the skins can enter china servers. correct me if im wrong

Cuz why not? Here's a way to *balance* Saber, cuz he's such a pain for most core users, whilst also leaning more into his *"sword master"* background. *Passive* Each time Saber hits an enemy/creep, they will get a mark (5 max). Each mark summons a flying blade from Saber which will then revolve around the target. These blades slash the enemy and reduces their defense every time Saber deals dmg to them. They also deal dmg to enemies/creeps they hit during orbit. The blades revolve the enemy for 3s before returning to him. *1st skill* Pressing this skill enhances Saber's next 3 basic atks for 5s. These basic atks are able to reflect incoming atks back towards its caster if timed well. If he uses his 2nd skill during this skills duration, he only gets 1 enhanced basic atk-which'll knock up a target, enhancing his ULT. *2nd skill* Similar to Harley's teleport, where you can choose, specifically, where you want to teleport. And the way Saber moves from point A to point B is by cutting a hole in space from point A to point B. This skill's CD is reduced by 1s if his flying blades slashes their targets. *ULT* Unenhanced ver: Saber deals 4 strikes before him. The last two strikes is executed together with a dash. Enhanced ver: Saber soars to the target, gaining brief immunity from everything and slashes the enemy 4 times, with the last two being done simultaneously, forming the signature X-shaped mark below the target.
