if you're 1 on 1, yes it still is noticeable. but in a big crowd fight, you can barely see his skills. But now it is even more obvious is what I mean. Just like nana, her default skin's ulti can barely be seen. But all her skins' ulti are too flashy. Thus there's ups and downs.
