Omg I loved the three Amigos chit chat, bro talk, bs’in, hangin together having a good ole time exploring, laughing & cutting up. This is the type of stuff we do hanging out with friends. When Rick & I land and find our spot we will definitely have to hook up with you guys. I also loved seeing these kids being kids outside playing and swimming. Beautiful little beach town. It looks like y'all had a great time hanging out. That's what "the good life" is all about: spending good times with good friends. Yeah, $130K for that house is real steep though, especially since you are in a super small town. But it didn't sound like the owner was really interested in selling it, since he has plans for building it out for his daughters. So that price was one of those "if someone is willing to pay me this much for it, then I'll sell it, but if not, I'm happy to hold on to it" prices, lol.
