I'm instinctively, so inevitably, bilingual, so words of the same spelling in French and in English can sometimes automatically carry the two meanings when I use them or when I read or hear them. "Con" in English is a confidence trick/trickster. In French "con" is the equivalent of one of the worst examples of bad language in English, the "c-word". Trump unites the English and the French! The French use their "c-word" frequently and casually, which I think is the ugliest septic pimple on a beautiful language. John McCain shocked me to the core when he, a great and honourable warrior, insulted his wife with the Engish "c-word".

@@epiphany1221 I remember most, and I graduated college in 1991....
@epiphany12212 жыл бұрын
@@SiriusMined Well then, this is likely either because they made a very strong impression on you, or it was very important to you to remember them. Or ot could be because you saw their names almost daily for probably a few years. Remember these are not people whose teaching he sat under. He had people who hired them for him as his representative. Beyond hearing goid things about their knowledge and capabilities and that the chosen instructors were doing a good job in what they were hired for, and especially considering that the “university” was not his only endeavor, there would be little reason for his brain to hold onto their names. Our memories are stored very selectively based on what they determine is important to hold onto. Someone very close to me has an incredible memory for all kinds of trivial details and dates, but can barely remember what he said to me hours or days ago. Even events or conversations we had that I remember very clearly, he has completely forgotten. Do some research on how menory works and you will find that it is in fact very selective. Not that we are trying to be selective, but probably has a lot to do with our priorities and also HOW we remember. For example, some people have trained themselves to retain certain memories, such as names they consider important, or charts or whatever it is they want to retain by associating them with other things. Others are not so intentional, and so its easier for them to forget those things. It’s easy to forget the names 5 years later of people who worked for ONE of your many projects or businesses. There was no reason to hold onto them tightly in his head. If he wanted to, all he had to do was go back and look at records. We don’t have exhaustive capability to store everything. Ok maybe some people with photographic memory, but I suspect even they at some point have to pick things to let go and what things their brain holds onto whether consciously or not.

Pravin Dahal That is what lawyers do to prove how people commit crime and plan around the law to get away with it.the principle of rule of law is that criminal may get away with but no innocent should be punished, so when law enforcement, judiciary and witnesses know that you have committed crime, they go systematically after you every step of the trial to expose your crime. In short if you try to frame rule of law to get away from crime, law enforcement would do everything to frame you to prove that you indeed brake the law and deserve punishment.
@PravinDahal4 жыл бұрын
@@Wog68 What you said is partially correct to some extent. Here's the meat of the matter. Both crimeless punishments and punishmentless crimes exist. So, regardless of whether you committed a crime or not, when you answer lawyers, specially representing the other party, if you're careful and not fall into traps, you're less likely to be framed. It's impossible for normal people to not fall into carefully designed traps, which is why you need to be represented by a good lawyer and not say anything more than necessary. This applies to everyone. This is exactly what Trump is doing here. Watch and learn.

It is interesting that he does appear more intelligent and uses a slightly bigger vocabulary unusual these days. I wonder whether the attorney gave him words to use like filibuster or whether he actually is that different in some situations. Which would mean since he appears far less intelligent and awake right now that either his dementia really is making a difference---- because, trust me as a mental health diagnostician age doesn't make that kind of difference--- or the reason he is recycling the same vitriol and mention zero policy in his speeches is that he has been instructed by project 2025 to stay completely away from anything resembling a policy statement because he doesn't know what will inflame voters and upset them. He doesn't have those normal boundaries and checkpoints of polite Behavior or ethical Behavior. He is likely to give away information about their agenda and methods that would really disturb people and so he has been told to shut TF up. That leaves him nothing to do but rally the base with emotion which is what they have kept him in place for rather than just bumping him for JD Vance. JD Vance an integral part of the project 2025 working knows a whole lot about policy and he was there not just to put a nicer spin on the rough edges of the Old Goat but to make sure that what he says is not giving anything away. To reframe and rephrase everything he lets slip. When he is crowing like a toddler about being a dictator for a day, that has upset so many people. But in reality what project 2025 plans to do in the first few days is exactly that. Act as a dictator through the Office of the President and since he would be front and center stage signing these things and giving out the official orders he's excited about the prospect. The seeming power and to him appearances are even more important than reality. Plus the rewards in terms of Fame attention, finances, and keeping his ass out of prison. And of course even if his age, that special privilege he thinks he has with women when he is famous and powerful. He'll need that more now then he did when he was a halfway good-looking young man because unlike other Elder gentlemen he has nothing else to offer. But that's why he says nothing of substance. He has been told not to do so. But it's hard to feel a couple of hours with horse dung sprayed sprayed in every direction. You would think that it was that hardship that made him sound so mindless and Branch out farther and farther into ridiculous accusations and uncouth comments. But he actually went on much much longer than is necessary or expected of a nominee. In other words he didn't know the difference period attention is attention to a narcissist. They would at least as much prefer being hated and feared as being loved and admired because being hated and feared to something you can maintain for a lifetime. Being loved and admired is much harder as he is learning now.

Fine with me … Trump’ll deny he even knows who you are if that might let him avoid getting punched once or twice. That is, if he does not drop-kick you from behind to make a deal with the other side. That is what no morals mean. And the dirty fight? Maybe the USA is in one, put Putin’s puppet drained the swamp by making all the rest into swamp so he can say “see: the swamp is drained, it is just like the firm ground over there.” The other dirty fight - the one against that just-like-a-flu that will ‘just go away’ - is going exceedingly well of the USA, if having the greatest number of dead people is the goal.

But he can walk into a room of women whom are contestants of a pageant, not for being judged for nudity, but winners of contests that upholds these young women at a high standard, young women whom won at other levels with respect to get to the level of Miss Teen or Miss America beauty contests with respect. He literally disrespected all these young women for years. At least 50 women per contest. This is also admitted by him, Donald Trump, himself...

Agreed, and you have no idea what a whining little weakling he has been since the beginning. I've read Mary Trump's book about him, and frankly his childhood may have been unpleasant at times but he wasn't put through 1/100th of the living hell I was put through as an infant/toddler/child/teenager. Yet I turned out to be a much better human being than he did. Trump would have crumpled like wet toilet paper had he been subjected to all that I'd gone through, and I haven't been put through what some teens were put through (in the cult I was beaten into as a child).
@WWZenaDo4 жыл бұрын
@Box Jabber Try being targeted by two vicious narcissist parents (7 years INTO their horrible marriage) who blamed an infant practically from birth for all of their stupid decisions, tried to kill the infant and then toddler "accidentally" at least twice, sent to live with a known child-rapist every summer and then threatened with being raped (by Mommie Dearest) during the rest of the year, while being beaten into a deadly blood-transfusion-denying cult from the age of 5 on up into young adulthood. As I said, Trump would have collapsed like a tin can at the bottom of the Marianas Trench if he'd had to go through 1/100th of that. He's a fucking weakling/coward, unable to withstand what has made others stronger in spite of the hatred directed towards them.

@@UnhingedFridge Selfishness has its place.. it gives people their drive. However, in order for selfishness to not be harmful to yourself and others, it needs to be coupled with self awareness and a firm grasp on reality. When selfishness leads you to delusions, results in any justifications for harming another person (which are always results of delusion), or becomes your only mindset (also likely a result of some false belief about your own importance).... then it becomes problematic.

As Warren Buffet points out millionaires don’t need to borrow. 2. Why won’t he release (voluntarily) his tax returns?
