And when you say 5% cost on future roll over. It is always close to 1.5% per quater. so if someone starts in oct and keeps rolling over futures till next dec, then his cost will be much much more

Please explain if the index is 25000 & put is purchased at 25k, then if the index goes to 23K or 27k, do we have to encash the put at 23k or change the put is to be changed to 27k?, second question is if we want to invest 10 lakhs ,then we buy etf of 25k 40 nos & put of 25k for how many lots or numbers to cover 10 lakhs investment

If your investment strategy is based on option, Put selling is always better than put buying. This have been proved by VIX study. I recommend to review the study of Cboe exchange. This study is based on SPX but similar pattern is also observed in Indian stock market also. I agree with Govind about his view to invest in index rather than individual companies.

When you say buy nifty 50. what exactly do you mean? Do you mean buying futures? options are available till dec next year buy futures are not . if you are saying about buying etf then in what proportion because that way investment will be huge amount if it is bought in the proportion of options.

The idea is to diversify as well. Nifty50 serves the purpose better.

I find this strategy Extremely Useful but still has some doubts regarding Buying of ETF's and Futures Q.1 Should we buy at this Level with Put or make SIP in ETF and then buy PUT? Q.2 Is Basic Plan to Buy 30% Equity and then Buy 9%(30% x 30%=9%)Nifty ETF and Pledge then Use other 70% to buy Futures(30% x 70%=21%) Q.3 Should People of age 27 buy whole Lot and Buy Put as premium or Should we do with help of Futures? 1 More Question Sir told in Last part to Buy with 30% and then do SIPs IF I have 4.5 Lakhs so Should I start with Futures with 30% and SIP remaining money in ETF with Hedging? thank you

Dont enter in this strategy at this level. Would suggest market to correct 20-25 percent. Till then you can continue your sip in Debt fund and wait for correction
