Elijah D grace used to do it, and she was by herself! i think having an entire crew to help, including production and editing (i assume those are highly time consuming parts of the process) and the ability to film multiples per shoot, and having each other to spitball back and forth, etc. this might be sustainable for them, especially if they feel comfortable to take breaks when they need them.
