Aishu Pregancy test ചെയ്ത same day നവംബർ 11 ഞാനും test ചെയ്തിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് +ve ആയി. പിന്നെ aishu രണ്ടാമത് test ചെയ്ത് പോസറ്റീവ് ആയി എന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞ അന്ന് നവംബർ 15 ന് ഞാനും അത് dr കണ്ട് conform ആക്കി, Aishu ന്റെ pregancy journey ക്ക് ഒപ്പം തന്നെ ഞാനും അത് പോലെ തന്നെ തുടരുർന്നു. Bt ഡിസംബർ first week end ആയപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് ബ്ലീഡിങ് ആയി pinne സ്കാൻ ചെയ്തപ്പോ pregancy ടെ ഒന്നും കാണുന്നു ഇല്ല എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ എന്റെ കഥ അവിടെ തീർന്നു ഇപ്പോ Aishu ഈ ഡേറ്റ് ഓക്യ പറയുമ്പോൾ ഞാനും ഓർക്കുന്നു എനിക്കും ഇപ്പോ 3.5 month ആകും ആയിരുന്നു. Aishu കഴിഞ വ്ലോഗിൽ folic acid കഴിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയത് പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ ഞാനും ഇപ്പോ ജനുവരി മുതൽ കഴിക്കുന്നു. പോയത് ഞങ്ങൾടെ planned അല്ലായിരുന്നു. ഇനി വേണം plan ചെയ്യാൻ 😊 Aishu happy ആയിട്ട് ഇരിക്യാ. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോ ok ആണ്. എന്റെ കമന്റ് കണ്ട് ഒന്നും തോന്നണ്ട ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോ completely ok ആണ് 😍❤️

Given that your going to talk about pregnancy with PCOS , also talk about your personal experience with family planning, when was it that you decided to get conceived and start this journey to get pregnant , what were the goals you had in mind before reaching that stage. The right time and age for Family planning is something many people don't have much idea or awareness about , that is why as an influencer many people have asked about your plans for children but you always used to say it as it's a personal thing which doesn't have to be made public , but then you suddenly come out saying you are pregnant , and that you've been keeping this information private for months , it feels like you completely avoided talking about family planning and stuff and directly came out saying you're already pregnant. So do explain your family planning process so newly married couples who don't have a clue when to think or start family planning , will understand what all things to be prepared for , what all things to follow etc. Most people happen to become parents not because they had properly planned things but because they found out they were pregnant , but doctors always say if you're trying to get conceived or get pregnant , before itself you have to start focusing on your body health, regular exercise and eating healthy and getting pregnant consciously and fully prepared and following all the recommended advices etc , so please include that also in your video explaining PCOS and pregnancy.

Family planning as in , after you got married , what was the mutual understanding of decision you guys had made and how did you decide to go about achieving it ? What are the things or people or advices or studies or whatever that influenced you. How did you come to the conclusion that out of all the different possible options , what you guys decided on was the right thing for you ? There are a significant majority of people who decide to be financially stable and having a good well paid job and home etc to start family planning , but given the current struggles with jobs and careers it's taking too much more time to achieve that goals, then instead of 5 years it becomes 10 years and then they end up in a very critical position where they have to get pregnant quickly and then they also end up with fertility problems and then have to spend a lot of time and money in expensive treatments , so they are neither financially in a stable position nor in fertility and health wise in a proper position to go through pregnancy and become parents , that is the main reason I'm asking you to talk in detail about your family planning thought process and the way you took decisions and initiated steps one by one to reach that goal.
