There are actually more on-going projects like the HSR, the Keppel Railway Station being renovated excellently as part of the Circle Line, the Colonial building near the old Rex cinema being renovated to become a bright landmark at Little India, Bukit Timah Canal being modified and covered over?, Changi Airport T5, and next time, the Southern Waterfront project near Sentosa, the Turf Club at Bukit Timah being developed into a great housing living estate, the Woodlands Immigration to become a complex and major gateway in and out of Singapore, etc

Bad click-bait video! Better to list the upcoming mega projects with a location map and concept rendering. Using existing buildings and projects makes the presentation amateurish and confusing. Talking about Jurong and Tengah but showing downtown or MBS is absurd. Folks have flagged missed out mega developments like Paya Lebar or T5 or Tuas mega port show lack of serious research on Singapore’s true future master plans.

No, there were/all more better there in the eastern parts of Singapore with more better recreation activities land there than the western parts mostly with more private/condos/commercial buildings. The only better parts of western area are/is the Science centre and Jurong lakeside expansion.

I m not sure can this consider another mega 'Project' that was/is this plan that had/has been planned in advance earlier you did not mention about is it. This project is to prepare the future Singapore island from/prevent sinking caused by increased level of floods/seawater too.
