He is now in +1 with 9.5 in 10th standard and expecting same in +1,+2. Coming to curricular activities 1. Python certified Developer 2. Fullstack Data Science Developer 3.French Language Level2 completed 4.Life Time member in Indian Red Cross Society 5. About to do Internship in Data Science. Please give me a thought to get admit in best school with high scholarship. Ofcourse we are targetting for good scores in SAT(1450-1500) and IELTS(7band).

an undegrad is absolutely necessary for a PhD, but having both undergrad and masters are great too! During your undergrad you can potentially choose a major and minor, so both neurology and genetics!
