I'm with you on my brain being used up by the end of the work day! I do an hour or two of work on my own business before I start my 'day job' and get drained by meetings. (and also often spend one weekend day working on it too)

I spend a LOT of time working. Way more than I’d like to ideally. I probably work about 10 hours on week days and 5 hours on weekends in total on all my income streams

Ah yeah I was expecting something like that. It seems that you have lot of work there. Do you think this is sustainable to work this much in a long run ? I been frelancing for 12 years and used to pull this kind of time in but now I know this is not very healthy :D

Congrats on your hard work paying off! For next year, have you considered creating a course? I know Femke recently did but you could even create a course that has even less involvement (go at your own pace video course). That could be interesting if you position it as a professional development opportunity because then people could get their work to pay for it! (I recently had my company pay $800 for the OOUX self-paced course!)

A course will probably be a product I offer in the future, but I want to finish writing my book on marketing design first

Absolutely a fascinating breakdown of all the things you're doing. I'm proud to see your growth and happy for you. I do wonder though, and maybe I missed it in your video, do you think all of the extra work you put in is worth it? No judgement, just curiosity. I hear you saying you have fewer passive streams and more active streams (content, production, etc). Which sounds like a lot of hard work goes into it. Great that you share this. Thank you!
