Jesus in his own words to us, says, if you LOVE ME keep my commandments. He also says, if you SAY you love me BUT DONT keep my commandments, he is his own words call you a liar. And we know what group liars are in. He says because THE TRUTH is not in you. Just because weve been taught that the commandments were abolished, or obsolete, or for the jews or that we have a new covenant etc does not make it true. This is God's warning for us not to be decieved by ANY means.

My understanding of Scripture is that the millennium reign takes place on the earth. This is due to the fact that we are told Jesus Christ will reign from Jesrusalem and we will be expected, as believers, to visit Jerusalem once a year. The other point about the wicked burning in hell for eternity is biblical. One scripture that confirms this is Daniel 12:2. Bless you all.

He didn't. Jesus was not in the kingdom of heaven that day. He was telling him his next awaking moment after his death would be with Christ in heaven. I think that you are confused with 3&1/2 years saying that it's a 1,000. Also saying that they die at his coming in the clouds, you didn't provide scripture. Even when he comes to mount Zion those that come to him for peace are spared. Otherwise there would be no nations. 1 thes 4:16-17 is not speaking of the resurrected to be "in the air" which has nothing to do with "atmosphere" but the word "ruach" is "spirit." We will be caught up in the spirit, not in the atmosphere to hover forever "in the air." We will be "resurrected in the spirit in a "crowd" not "cloud" (which is colloquially used by Paul to mean crowd) .We will be resurrected to this earth. Is pretty clear... Revelation 20:4-5 4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They[a] had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

It would be good if nobody is going to suffer eternal death. But what about Matthew 25:41,46 (eternal fire, eternal punishment). Revelation 20:15..."thrown" into the. ~lake~ of fire. Though if it's as horrible and permanent as this, this justify the reason why God would allow His beloved Son who have done nothing wrong to suffer to save us from the horror, and also why would His loving Son allow Himself to suffer when as penalty, sinful people will simply cease to exist?

He's not saving us from horror... he is saving us from ourselves. The result of the fire is eternal. Sodom and Gomorrah are not still burning today even tho the bible said it burns forever. The punishment of the fire is ashes, perish, death, never to return. Just as a log on a fire burns until it is consumed and can never become a log again.

Then you ain't reading king james.. you have some other version that's translated by man's interpretation. Kjv clearly says we reign WITH HIM 1000 years. Not he reigns with us. Why would he prepare a place is heaven for us if it's only for 7 years, then we come back to a sinful place? Makes absolutely NO SENSE whatsoever

Lazarus was dead for 3 days! And seen the rich man whom he had ask for a hand out at the city gate.The rich man who was in the distance asked Lazarus to dip his finger in water and drop the water on his tongue for it was so hot where he was.Scripture says there was a chasm separating the rich man from where Lazarus was.
