Hareesh's ability to crystallize, in clear language, aspects of spiritual life and practice is amazing. One AHA! moment after another ...

I love Deepak's humility. Sharing his own awakening, still at 75, as a famous being, that he is still evolving. He does not put himself above others. It is beautiful. Maintaining and expressing his childlike wonder. Many teachers could be reminded of this humility and gratitude.

A brilliant partnership! Loved that Mr Chopra shared his “struggle” and ruminations. Loved the ease of the conversation and yes the synchronicity of it all too! .....and mostly finding out what the name Hareesh means! Makes sense!Thank you

A great team. The back and forth brought out different things than either one individually. Loved it. And a thought arose for me from this interview - - Any author, musician, teacher, artist, craftsman, builder, singer etc who makes you stop, feel amazed or in awe for just a moment and brings you into that state of "no thought," is a guide, teacher and "guru" into the recognition of the essence nature. This is why words can be nourishing, even if words are one step removed from Reality. It makes me wonder what I contribute to the world that might cause that in another. And nature herself does that all the time.

Hareesh is an incredible human being and an amazing teacher/mentor. His translations and commentaries are profound. I've read The Recognition Sutras over 20 times ( highly recommend the audiobook version which the author narrates) and no other book has impacted my life more than that one. Highly recommend his teachings ( the majority of which are free) as well as his translations!

Wow!!! Great interview!!! I am in awe from the way Christopher pointed so directly to the nature of reality. It was so crystal clear and concise. Christopher Wallis and Deepak Chopra are a powerful team! I can't wait to see more! Thank you both for your life's work! May all beings be happy and free!

Beautifully presented. As always, incredibly impressed by Hareesh. I also was surprised/pleased by Deepak's sincerity and genuine humility regarding his own spiritual journey. He appeared to recognize and embrace how these teachings can be useful for himself personally, as he travels through the "fourth" stage of the life cycle.

I think I already commented here a while back but to add an update, this is still a relevant and revelatory interview. Thank you Deepak and Hareesh for spotlighting this rich and direct ancient traditional teaching which is still so powerful for our recognition of true essence nature. Please, both of you, continue this honorable seva. Om.

What a wonderful and eye-opening interview. Although I've been on this spiritual path for some 50 years and been a long-time fan of Dr. Chopra, I have to admit I'd never heard of Dr. Wallis, so this interview was a very pleasant surprise. My first introduction to this wisdom was loosely through the Theosophical Society many years ago and I've done lots of varied reading, but it wasn't until my introduction to Sadhguru that I first heard of the actual science of yoga, mantras, etc. Or, if it had been previously expressed, I just didn't hear it. I had also recently come to the point where I felt the reading and study weren't all that relevant. However, I believe my mind has been changed by Dr. Wallis's clear and concise explanation about the importance of embodying the teachings through the words of the Masters. I'm so glad I decided to watch this interview and will be looking forward to more! Pranaam!

There are small problems but this is of minor importance. First the English language keeps a frame based upon Christianity. And the frame of Sanscrit is nearer to the truth. Second the world of the gods was once open but is now closed. Third, it is American custom to make shows. And here we have a nice show, all based on the mind. The difference you find in the teaching of Sadhguru. And has he understood “ Life Divine” by Sri Aurobindo ? And the task to focus upon inner silence. Talking, talking and endless talking this is wonderful American. It is in a way what the American preachers are doing so wonderfully.

GOOD TO KNOW WESTERNERS ARE LEARNING SANSKRIT AND THE ANCIENT INDIAN SCRIPTURES : IT IS SAD THAT ONLY SIX SCHOOLS OF PHILOSOPHY WERE HIGHLIGHTED FOR OVER A CENTURY SOMEHOW ECLIPSING THE (FINAL) KASHMIRI SHAIVISM RELATED TEXTS : ONLY LATELY THAT SOME SERIOUS SCHOLARS HAVE SHOWN INTEREST AND ENDEAVOURED TO STUDY THEM IN DEPTH : HARISH IS QUITE ENTHUSIASTIC IN THAT SENSE ! WHILE IT IS APPRECIABLE THAT HE TOOK TO LEARN SANSKRIT ( WHICH GRIERSON AND OTHER GRAMMARIANS CONSIDER A PERFECT LANGUAGE BASED ON NATURAL FREQUENCIES HENCE VERY SCIENTIFIC ) : I WONDER WHY ALMOST ALL WESTERNERS ( OTHERS AS WELL) CAN'T GET THEIR PRONUNCIATIONS CORRECT : AFTER ALL IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PRODUCE THE CORRECT SOUND HOW CAN YOU GET AT THE RIGHT VIBRATION/ FREQUENCY OUT OF THE "MANTRAS" WHICH ARE SUPPOSED TO INFLUENCE THE SUBTLE BODY-MECHANISMS WHICH IS THE GOAL OF TANTRA ? GIVEN THE FACT HARISH IS AMERICAN BORN AND HAS TO STRUGGLE WITH HIS ACQUIRED ACCENTS , I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY DEEPAK'S ACCENT HAS DISTORTED : OR MAY BE HE ACTS SHY OF HIS INDIAN ORIGIN ? ! I DON'T KNOW WHETHER HARISH'S BOOK IS ARRIVED IN INDIA AS ON DATE , I DO LOOK FORWARD TO LAYING MY HANDS ON IT AS SOON AS I COME ACROSS IT : TILL THEN I CAN'T COMMENT ON IT.......
